Chilaquiles Casserole
I recently went through my Pinterest boards and cleaned them up a bit and organized my recipes better. While doing that, I came across a recipe I used to make that we all really enjoyed and thought I'd make it again. We loved it (again), so I wanted to share it with you. It's called Chilaquiles Casserole (please, somebody tell me how to say that name) and I pair it with Mexican Rice. Enjoy!

I was just thinking how do you say that? It looks good! I was doing some pinterest board looking as well and made a taco soup last night that was yummy!
